Amazon Peccy Pins are not only an embodiment of Amazon culture but also a tool for employee interaction and motivation, possessing unique collection significance. Let's delve deeper and uncover what lies behind these.
What are peccy pins?
Peccy is a mascot associated with Amazon. Peccy pins appear in employee recognition and collecting, with designs connected to different themes and occasions. An employee-issued pin, a traded collectible and a separately commissioned design have different sources and should be understood in that context.
How do Amazon employees get peccy pins?
Encouragement:
Employees looking for recognition pins should ask their local site team about current programs and how pins are distributed. Availability and eligibility depend on the specific program.
Event commemoration
Ask your site team whether an upcoming event includes a commemorative pin and how participants can receive it. A training course or event name alone does not confirm that pins will be issued.
Swap
Duplicate badges can be exchanged among employees.
How to wear Amazon peccy pins?
Wear pins on a suitable vest, lanyard, backpack or hat, following any workplace clothing requirements. Choose a backing that suits the pin and material, and check its grip before wearing. For attachment options, see 11 styles pin backs for enamel pins
