1. Q: Do you provide samples and are they free?

    A: Yes, we offer two types of samples.

A pre-production sample is made based on your own custom design. It is used to confirm the size, colors, plating, details, and overall look before mass production. This type of sample is usually charged because it requires custom setup and production.

A random stock sample is an existing sample left from previous production. It is not made with your design and is only used to show our material, plating, enamel quality, craftsmanship, and general finish. Random stock samples may be available for reference, but shipping costs may apply.

For the most accurate option, please tell us whether you need to check your own design before production or only want to review our craftsmanship.

2. Q:  How long is your delivery time?

    A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

3.Q: How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?

   A: Whenever your order is shipped, we will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number.

4.Q: Why can’t stainless steel be plated?

   A: As general rule, it is that only Brass, Copper, Iron, Zinc alloy can be plated in our facilities.

5.Q: Is it possible to have two-tone plating on the same item (Gold / Nickel plating is all right?)?

   A: Yes, two-tone plating is doable. But if you plan to make an order with such process.

6.Q: You are factory or trading company?

   A: We're a factory , so our price should be reasonable.
