4. Production & shipping. Production begins after proof approval, followed by shipping on the selected schedule. Share your event deadline before approving the order.

Can we begin with an idea instead of a finished design?

Yes. Use Get Mockup for a design preview. Share your idea, chapter wording and preferred shape or size; free artwork assistance helps develop the layout.

Can several class years share one design?

Yes. Use one pin with different card messages, or request separate inscriptions on the pins. Provide the exact text and quantity for each version so the quote covers the complete order.

Should we request a mockup or add our custom class pins to the cart?

Choose Get Mockup when you want to see a design first. Choose Add to cart when you are ready to order selected options. Either route includes design approval before production; Get Quote is available for pricing questions.

How is the price calculated, and can we order fewer than 50 pins?

Price depends on quantity and selected options. Orders of 50 pieces or more have no setup fee; smaller orders carry an additional $90–$150 setup fee. Compare total costs for your preferred quantities, or use Get Quote for special requirements. Pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees.

Can you help us meet our event deadline?

Share your required arrival date and destination. Production and shipping together take 12–25 business days after proof approval, depending on the selected schedule. Urgent and rush options are available; allow time beforehand for design discussion and review.

Are these the official fraternity pledge pins required by our organization?
