3. Approve the design. Review your digital proof and request changes before approving the final artwork. Direct orders also require design approval before production.
4. Production & shipping. Production begins after proof approval, followed by shipping on the selected schedule. Share your event deadline before approving the order.

Can the pin show a class year and the card show our reunion date?

Yes. This is a useful way to keep the pin simple while explaining the current occasion. Provide both dates and their intended placement with your request.

Can we wear the custom pin at our chapter event?

Yes, for an event where your design is appropriate. Share the intended garment so we can help with size and attachment choices; the pin layout can be balanced for wearing as well as presentation.

How is the price calculated, and can we order fewer than 50 pins?

Price depends on quantity and selected options. Orders of 50 pieces or more have no setup fee; smaller orders carry an additional $90–$150 setup fee. Compare total costs for your preferred quantities, or use Get Quote for special requirements. Pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees.

Can you help us meet our event deadline?

Share your required arrival date and destination. Production and shipping together take 12–25 business days after proof approval, depending on the selected schedule. Urgent and rush options are available; allow time beforehand for design discussion and review.

Is this a vintage Sigma Chi pin or an official replacement badge?

Custom Sigma Chi pins are made to order for chapter events and alumni gatherings. For a lost official badge, use the organization's designated replacement process.
