Create years of service pins for teachers that reflect your school and the people you are thanking. Combine a school logo or mascot with the service year, school colors, and a short message for an anniversary or staff recognition ceremony.
The pictured pin is a design example. Your order can use a different shape, size, layout, or color palette. Send a school emblem, sketch, or idea, and we will help prepare artwork that keeps the milestone and school identity clear.
- School identity: Use your school name, crest, mascot, or district logo.
- Service milestone: Make the year number a clear part of the design.
- Presentation: Add a printed backing card for a school message or individual thank-you.

Start with one main idea: the service year and school emblem, a mascot silhouette, or a simple badge with the school name. Keep the smallest lettering and logo details readable at the chosen size.
For several milestones, use a shared school color palette and layout, then change the year. List the artwork and quantity for each version so we can quote them accurately. We can recommend a production method after reviewing your design.

Are there any discounts on teacher pins for bulk orders?
Yes. The page offers quantity pricing, so the unit price decreases at higher order quantities. We recommend 25 or more pieces for better value, with no setup fee at that quantity. If you need different designs or year versions, list each quantity so we can confirm the pricing.
Can we use our school logo and change the example design?
Yes. These pins are made to your design rather than a fixed template. Supply your school logo, mascot, colors, wording, and preferred shape or size. Free design assistance is available if you only have a sketch or idea.
Can we make pins for different teaching milestones?
Yes. Tell us each service year and how many pins you need for it. A shared layout and school colors can keep the set coordinated. We will confirm the artwork and any separate-version costs before production.
What should we write on a teacher service pin?
Use the teacher’s service year with a school name or short phrase such as “Dedicated Service.” Keep longer wording, individual names, or a personal message on a backing card if the pin face would become crowded.
Can we order fewer than 25 teacher pins?
Yes, including a single piece. Orders below 25 have a higher unit price and an additional $90–$150 setup fee. Send the design and quantity for an accurate quote.
