What is the difference between a chapter pin and a membership milestone pin?
A chapter pin centers on your fraternity or chapter identity. A milestone design highlights a specific membership anniversary, such as the Kappa Alpha Psi 25 Year Pin. Choose the wording to distinguish a member’s years of membership from the chapter’s anniversary or the fraternity’s founding year.
Can you work from our existing fraternity pin design?
Yes. Send your chapter-approved artwork or a reference image, and identify the details you want to keep or change. Which backing and packaging should we choose for a chapter presentation?

Yes. Use Get Mockup to request a design preview, or Get Quote to discuss pricing and custom requirements. If you already know your options, use Add to cart and add any extra details in Order Comments (optional). Production starts only after you approve the final proof.
How long do fraternity pins take to produce and deliver?
The combined production and shipping schedules are 12 business days for Urgent, 15 for Rush, 20 for Standard and 25 for Discount, starting after proof approval. For an anniversary dinner or alumni gathering, share the required arrival date and destination early, allowing additional time for artwork review.
