4. Production & shipping. Production begins after proof approval, followed by shipping on the selected schedule. Share your event deadline before approving the order.

Can the design use ATO wording and our chapter name?

Yes, with the required permissions. Send the exact wording and artwork so the layout can be developed around your chapter event.

Can we order a card with our banquet date and a welcome message?

Yes. A printed card can carry the event details while the pin remains focused on a short identifier or emblem. Include the card text with your requirements.

Should we choose soft or hard enamel for a dinner gift?

Either can suit the occasion. Choose soft enamel for raised outlines and recessed color, or hard enamel for a smooth face. The artwork and desired appearance should guide the choice.

How is the price calculated, and can we order fewer than 50 pins?

Price depends on quantity and selected options. Orders of 50 pieces or more have no setup fee; smaller orders carry an additional $90–$150 setup fee. Compare total costs for your preferred quantities, or use Get Quote for special requirements. Pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees.

Can you help us meet our event deadline?

Share your required arrival date and destination. Production and shipping together take 12–25 business days after proof approval, depending on the selected schedule. Urgent and rush options are available; allow time beforehand for design discussion and review.
