4. Approve production and delivery. Production and shipping together take 12–25 business days after proof approval, depending on the selected schedule. Share your event deadline and destination before approval.

Where does our wording go?

Your text follows the lower arc of the circular design. The upper PHI BETA SIGMA wording and illustrated center remain the starting layout.

Will a long chapter name fit the curved area?

Send the exact name for review. We can adjust the layout or suggest a shorter version; the proof checks readability without guessing a fixed character limit.

Can we put a longer message on the packaging?

Yes. A custom printed card can carry the event date, dedication or longer chapter message while keeping the pin’s wording concise.

Can several text versions share one order?

Provide each inscription and its quantity. We will review the artwork and pricing for the versions before you approve production.

What if my quantity is not listed?

The selector starts at 50 pieces. Contact us for other quantities and a quote based on your selected configuration.
