• Size the badge for the artwork: leave enough room for lettering and color areas rather than shrinking a complicated design until details become difficult to read.

2. Share the custom details. Provide your artwork or idea, preferred shape and size, wording, quantity and required arrival date. Additional requests can be entered in Order Comments (optional).
3. Approve the design. Review your digital proof and request changes before approving the final artwork. Direct orders also require design approval before production.
4. Production & shipping. Production begins after proof approval, followed by shipping on the selected schedule. Share your event deadline before approving the order.

Can we create our own badge shape?

Yes. The shape and size can be developed around your original artwork. Include your preferred outline or a sketch with the design requirements.

Can one badge design serve several recipient groups?

Yes. Different card messages can accompany the same badge. If wording on the badge changes, provide the inscription and quantity for each version so the quote covers them separately.

How is the price calculated, and can we order fewer than 50 pins?

Price depends on quantity and selected options. Orders of 50 pieces or more have no setup fee; smaller orders carry an additional $90–$150 setup fee. Compare total costs for your preferred quantities, or use Get Quote for special requirements. Pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees.

Can you help us meet our event deadline?

Share your required arrival date and destination. Production and shipping together take 12–25 business days after proof approval, depending on the selected schedule. Urgent and rush options are available; allow time beforehand for design discussion and review.

Can you replace an official fraternity membership badge?

Yearpins does not reproduce restricted official membership, pledge or office-specific badges. For a replacement, use the organization's designated purchasing channel. Custom fraternity badges from Yearpins are original event and commemorative designs.
