Create a custom keepsake for your fraternity class, recruitment event or reunion. A class name or semester can recall when the group first came together. Put that shared reference into a design to wear at the gathering and keep afterward.

Yearpins develops fully custom pins from your logo, sketch or idea. Our fraternity class pin design examples shown above can be made as shown or personalized for your group. You can also request a new custom class pin for your recruitment event or reunion. Free artwork assistance helps you develop a layout for review before production.

A design preview helps class representatives collect committee feedback before production. Include the exact class wording and quantity when sharing the idea.

Recruitment chairs. Connect an original event pin with your welcome materials. A clear event title and simple packaging make it suitable for attendee packs or registration handouts.

Class representatives. Bring the class name, semester or year into one coordinated gift. A digital proof gives the committee a design to discuss, while quantity-based pricing helps you plan the group budget.

Alumni reunion organizers. Keep the shared class year on the pin and use a printed card for the current reunion date. A dedication or boxed presentation can turn the same design into an individual dinner gift.

Decision How to choose
Shape and size Build the outline around your artwork and allow enough room for the class wording.
Soft or hard enamel Soft enamel gives raised outlines and recessed color; hard enamel offers a smooth face.
Pin or card wording Keep the short identifier on the pin and use the card for a welcome or longer dedication.
Packaging Use polybags for event packs, printed cards for context or boxes for individual gifts.
  1. Choose your starting point. Click Get Mockup to request a design preview, or select your options and use Add to cart to proceed with an order. For pricing and special requirements, use Get Quote.
  2. Share the custom details. Provide your artwork or idea, preferred shape and size, wording, quantity and required arrival date. Additional requests can be entered in Order Comments (optional).
  3. Approve the design. Review your digital proof and request changes before approving the final artwork. Direct orders also require design approval before production.
  4. Production & shipping. Production begins after proof approval, followed by shipping on the selected schedule. Share your event deadline before approving the order.

Can we begin with an idea instead of a finished design?

Yes. Use Get Mockup for a design preview. Share your idea, chapter wording and preferred shape or size; free artwork assistance helps develop the layout.

Can several class years share one design?

Yes. Use one pin with different card messages, or request separate inscriptions on the pins. Provide the exact text and quantity for each version so the quote covers the complete order.

Should we request a mockup or add our custom class pins to the cart?

Choose Get Mockup when you want to see a design first. Choose Add to cart when you are ready to order selected options. Either route includes design approval before production; Get Quote is available for pricing questions.

How is the price calculated, and can we order fewer than 50 pins?

Price depends on quantity and selected options. Orders of 50 pieces or more have no setup fee; smaller orders carry an additional $90–$150 setup fee. Compare total costs for your preferred quantities, or use Get Quote for special requirements. Pricing is transparent, with no hidden fees.

Can you help us meet our event deadline?

Share your required arrival date and destination. Production and shipping together take 12–25 business days after proof approval, depending on the selected schedule. Urgent and rush options are available; allow time beforehand for design discussion and review.

Are these the official fraternity pledge pins required by our organization?

Yearpins creates custom fraternity class pins for recruitment events, class gifts and reunions. Required official pledge or new-member badges should be purchased through the fraternity's designated channel; Yearpins does not reproduce restricted badges.

A Strong Pin for New Members

We chose this pledge pin for our new member ceremony, and the finished design carried the message well.

Our Custom Pledge Pins Felt Personal

We wanted a custom fraternity pledge pin that reflected our chapter instead of using a generic design. The proofing process gave us enough room to adjust the banner text and center symbols before production. I liked how the team kept the layout balanced, especially around the handshake and book. The completed batch looked polished and substantial, and every pin was ready for our initiation packets. Our members noticed the details right away, and several asked whether we could order the same style again next semester.

Chapter Gifts Our Graduates Appreciated

From the first artwork review to delivery, this chapter order was easy to manage. We were creating gifts for graduating members and needed the crest, Greek letters, and chapter colors to look accurate. The design team made a small adjustment to the lettering that noticeably improved the final proof. Production stayed within the schedule we discussed, and the pins arrived sorted for distribution. I appreciated the professional service, but the best part was seeing how proud our graduates were when they opened their gifts.
