Mark a service anniversary with three rising stars and a rhinestone-centered emblem. The largest star carries your chosen year number, while the round black-and-metal design displays “YEARS OF SERVICE.”
- Year number: Personalize the large top star for the milestone being celebrated.
- Rhinestone: Choose White, Red, or Blue for the center accent.
- Metal finish: Select Gold or Silver.
These years of service pins with gems suit employee anniversary presentations and service award events. Keep one stone color for a coordinated set, or use different colors to distinguish award groups. Confirm the year, stone color, and quantity for each version on your proof.

What kind of stones are used in these pins?
This style uses rhinestones, with White, Red, and Blue color options. They are decorative accents, not natural diamonds, rubies, or sapphires.
Can I change the year number shown on the pin?
Yes. The image shows an example year. Enter the number you need in Years Number and check it on the digital proof before approval.
What are some good appreciation pins for employees?
A service pin can recognize a work anniversary with a visible year number. Choose this rhinestone-centered style when you want a decorative accent; choose the center-logo star style if company branding is your priority.
Can I order fewer than 50 pins?
Yes. We recommend 50 or more pieces for better value. Smaller orders, including a single piece, are available at a higher unit price and typically carry an additional $90–$150 setup fee. Orders of 50 or more have no setup fee. Contact us for quantities not listed.
The red gemstone adds such a premium touch to these pins! They look even more beautiful in person. Our employees were blown away by the sparkling detail and the high-end finish. A perfect way to celebrate a 30-year milestone!
We placed a bulk order for an upcoming company event, and the process stayed organized from the first proof through production. The team answered our artwork questions clearly and handled one requested adjustment quickly. Everything arrived protected and easy to distribute. I'm satisfied with the service and would use the same process again.
