Metal Stamping

Trimming
Using specialized blanking molds or high-speed wire cutting, we precisely remove the excess metal flash from the badge's perimeter, ensuring the badge contour is smooth, clean, and perfectly matches the designed shape.
Plating

Color Filling
We flexibly schedule our coloring process based on order volume, complexity, and specific finish (such as hard or soft enamel). Polishing
After coloring, badges undergo multiple polishing stages. We use various grades of polishing wheels to eliminate minor surface scratches, giving metal parts a mirror-like finish and hard enamel surfaces a smooth, gem-like luster.
QC & Packing
Every single badge must pass a strict 100% manual inspection before packing. We focus on checking for electroplating defects, color enamel overflow or bubbles, and attachment firmness, ensuring every badge delivered to you is a flawless premium product.
