Refund policy

At yearpins, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. You may return your products within 7 days of it being shipped to you, as long as it is in new condition and has the original packaging.

100% REFUND

1. If you want to cancel your order before production, you will get a 100% refund.Before we begin your order, we will send you a free artwork for approval. After you have approved the design, we will begin production.

2. If we delay delivery over 10 days , you will get a 100% refund. Except for complex products such as large Fantasy style pins 
 
Exclusive:
-1) If you change your receiver address after we dispatch your order, and this results in a delay occurring, we cannot send you a refund.
-2) If you approved the artwork too late, causing a delay, we will send you a new delivery date. If you agree with the new delivery date, we will proceed your order. If you disagree, we will send you a 100% refund.
-3) If the mistake is caused by a third-party company, such as an express company (FEDEX, UPS, etc.) and they do not deliver your order within the promised time frame


3. If the final product you received does not follow the approved design, we will issue a 100% refund.


4. If all of the products you received have quality issues, we will provide you with a 100% refund.
 

PARTIAL REFUND

1. If you want to cancel your order during production, we will send you a partial refund.

2. If some of the products you received have quality issues, we will send you the cost for those defective products, or we can re-make them free of charge.

For customers located in the European Union, requests regarding order cancellation, withdrawal rights, returns, or refunds must be submitted by email to:

Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection laws, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Cancellation and Returns

Custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced.

If you need to request an order cancellation before production begins, please contact us immediately. We will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photographs and additional information to investigate the issue. If the claim is verified, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

Custom-Made Products

All products sold on Yearpins are custom-made according to customer specifications.

Orders may be canceled before production begins.

Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.

However, pursuant to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

All products sold by Yearpins, including custom pins, custom coins, custom medals, and other rush or custom products, are manufactured according to customer-provided designs, logos, artwork, text, or specifications. Therefore, these products are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

        1.How do I request a refund?

        You can send a request to the sales representative. who will verify and release the refund to you.

        2. When I can get a refund?

          Generally, the refund amount will arrive in your account within 1-8 business days.
