I have developed a strong ability to understand customer needs, build trust, and guide projects from concept to completion. Before joining Yearpins, I worked in the women’s hair accessories industry, where I handled client development and account management. This background helped me develop a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of customer expectations.

For the past 11 years at Yearpins, I have been specializing in custom metal products, including enamel pins, medals, challenge coins, and commemorative items. Over the years, I have worked closely with clients from different industries, helping them transform simple ideas into well-executed, production-ready designs.

I am particularly experienced in supporting clients who may not have strong design backgrounds. I can provide clear guidance on artwork preparation, material selection, and production options to ensure the final product meets both expectations and practical requirements.
