Customer background & need
New World Medical needed a batch of event pins for an internal gathering in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. They wanted a design that balanced elegance with durability. After browsing our airplane wing pins collection, they selected our best-selling model:

❌No logo file provided – The first inquiry didn’t include any artwork to print on the pin.
❌Missing paper card specs – The customer wanted a custom back card but didn’t specify size or print design.
❌Quality concerns – They initially asked for a physical sample to be mailed before bulk production.
The Solution – fast & professional
1. Guiding the logo design with expert advice
We immediately asked the customer to share their logo ideas. They sent two different layouts and requested a change to the background color. Based on our years of experience, we recommended the best layout and color combination — ensuring that in the round area, the logo would remain sharp, readable, and vibrant. The customer loved our suggestion and approved the final design quickly.

2. Visualizing the paper card size – no more guesswork
Instead of asking the customer to imagine the size, we created two simple frame mockups showing the pin placed on different card dimensions. This made the choice obvious and easy. The customer selected 90mm x 90mm as their preferred card size and completed their own card design in no time.

3. Eliminating quality fears – free pre-production proof + real customer photos
We fully understood their need to see the product before mass production. However, international shipping of a physical sample would cost extra time and money. So we proposed a better solution:
- Free pre-production sample – As soon as the artwork and order were confirmed, we would print one sample, take high-resolution photos and a video, and send them for approval.
- Real customer pin gallery – We shared some of the actual photos of the same private pilot wings pin made for other clients, showing every angle and lighting condition.
