What is the difference between a chapter pin and a membership milestone pin?
A chapter pin highlights your fraternity or chapter identity, while a membership milestone pin celebrates a member’s years in the fraternity, such as the Kappa Alpha Psi 25 Year Pin. Tell us whether your design marks years of membership, a chapter anniversary or the fraternity’s founding year so we can reflect the occasion clearly in the wording.
Can you work from our existing fraternity pin design?
Yes. Share your artwork or a reference image and tell us what you would like to keep or change. We can customize the shape, size, colors, finish and wording, or create a new design from your idea. Free artwork assistance and revisions are included, and you’ll review a digital proof before production.
Which backing and packaging should we choose for a chapter presentation?
Rubber and metal butterfly clutches are included options; deluxe clutches and other attachments are available as upgrades. Tell us how the pins will be worn so we can help select the backing. Individual polybags suit group distribution, while printed cards or velvet boxes add presentation for alumni and milestone gifts.
Can we see a design before placing our fraternity pin order?
Yes. Open your preferred fraternity pin and click Get Mockup to request a design preview. For pricing or special requirements, use Get Quote. If you’re ready to order, select your options, enter any extra details in Order Comments (optional) and click Add to cart. Whichever route you choose, production starts only after you approve the final proof.
How long do fraternity pins take to produce and deliver?
Production and shipping together take 12–25 business days after proof approval, depending on your selected schedule:
- Urgent: 12 business days
- Rush: 15 business days
- Standard: 20 business days
- Discount: 25 business days
For a chapter anniversary dinner or alumni gathering, share your required arrival date and destination early. Allow additional time for artwork review before the production and shipping schedule begins.
