Can we create a new design with our chapter’s colors and wording?
Yes. Personalize a featured design or start with your own artwork, sketch or idea. Shapes and sizes are fully customizable, including dimensions beyond the listed options. Share your chapter-approved artwork, color references and exact wording. Free artwork assistance and revisions help you refine the design before approving the digital proof.
Can one order include different chapter names or anniversary years?
Yes. Provide the exact wording and quantity for each version so we can quote and proof them separately. If the pin itself stays the same, custom printed cards can carry different chapter messages or event details. This keeps longer wording readable without crowding the design.
Should we choose Get Mockup, Get Quote or Add to cart?
Choose Get Mockup for a design preview, Get Quote for pricing or special requirements, or Add to cart when you are ready to order using the available options. Add extra instructions in Order Comments (optional). Direct orders also receive a digital proof for approval before production.
When should we order sorority pins for a scheduled event?
Allow time for artwork review before the delivery schedule begins. After proof approval, production and shipping together take 12 business days with Urgent, 15 with Rush, 20 with Standard or 25 with Discount. Include your event date and destination so we can check the schedule before you order.
