The price of a custom sorority pin depends on the quantity, size, options, and delivery timing you choose. For the same design and specifications, larger orders generally cost less per pin, while larger sizes cost more.
All products use tiered quantity pricing and offer choices for plating color, pin backing, packaging, and delivery timing. Unit prices can differ between styles, so use the pricing table for the product you choose. Option prices and included choices are clearly displayed. What Affects the Price of a Sorority Pin?
Order Quantity and Small-Order Setup
All products use the same quantity tiers: 50+, 100+, 200+, 300+, 500+, and 1,000+. Unit prices can differ by style. For the same product and options, higher quantity tiers generally offer a lower price per pin. Check the pricing table for your chosen style to see the rate for each tier.
You can still order fewer than 50, including a single pin. Under the current policy, an additional setup fee of about $90–$150 typically applies below 50 pieces. Orders of 50 or more have no setup fee.
Size
For the same product with other options unchanged, a larger size costs more. Compare the available sizes while keeping the emblem and wording readable.
Yearpins' fully custom sorority pins can have a new shape and size based on your artwork or idea. Product images are references; a different specification needs its own price.
Plating Colors
Choose your plating color under Select Finish. Depending on the style, the choices may include Gold, Silver, Copper, Black Nickel, Antique Gold, Antique Silver, Antique Copper, or Antique Brass. The available colors vary by product; the listed selections without a stated fee are included in the price.
Pin Backings
Rubber clutches and metal butterfly clutches are free. You can also choose a deluxe clutch, jewelry clutch, safety pin, or magnet, with the price clearly shown beside each option.
Packaging
Individual polybags are free. Printed paper cards, velvet bags, and boxes are also available, with prices listed beside the options. Choose the presentation that suits your occasion and budget.
Decorative Details
Some products offer decorative additions such as pearls or rhinestones. These are separate from the plating, backing, and packaging choices available across the range.

Use the delivery details for your chosen product rather than carrying over a schedule or price from another style. The listed periods cover production and shipping, with production starting after artwork approval.
Design Help, Samples, and Shipping
Artwork preparation and design assistance are free. You can send a logo, sketch, wording, or idea for the design to be prepared for approval. This is separate from the small-order setup fee described above.
A physical pre-production sample is a separately priced option. Include it in the budget if you want to check a finished sample before the full run; it is different from the free artwork proof.
Standard shipping is free for custom orders. For remote countries or regions, any applicable shipping fee is confirmed before payment.
