Turn initials, a name or a short phrase into custom letter lapel pins people can wear and keep. From a club’s first letters to a brand’s familiar wordmark, the lettering becomes the design rather than a small detail squeezed into it.

The letter pin designs shown above are examples you can use, adapt or replace with your own typography. Choose the shape, size and enamel colors around your wording, with free artwork assistance and a proof to check before production.

• Names and words: use a readable type style for staff gifts, event merchandise or a message people share.
• Brand lettering: send your logo file so we can retain its character while checking the line thickness and spaces.

A connected wordmark can form one pin. Separate letters, narrow joins and open spaces need enough metal support; the proof will show how the wording can be made at your chosen size. For a date or milestone as the main feature, consider custom number pins.

• Soft enamel: raised metal outlines and recessed color give initials and words a textured surface.
• Hard enamel: the enamel is polished level with the metal for a smooth face on monograms and wordmark designs.

For fine fonts or connected script, we check the strokes and spaces at your chosen pin size in the proof.

1. Share your lettering or logo. Upload artwork, a sketch or a reference using Upload Your Logo or Design. Add your wording, quantity, required arrival date and any extra requests in Order Comments (optional).
2. Choose how to start. Use Get Mockup for a design preview, or select your options and use Add to cart if you are ready to order. For pricing or requirements beyond the selectors, use Get Quote.
3. Approve the proof. Review the shape, size, colors and lettering. Production begins after you approve the final proof, including when you order directly.
4. Receive your pins. Choose the production and shipping schedule that suits your deadline, allowing time first for artwork review.

Can I make a lapel pin with my initials or name?

Yes. Send the exact letters or name, along with a preferred type style or reference. We can develop a monogram, connected word or surrounding layout.

Can the letters be cut out instead of placed on a solid background?

Yes, where the design has enough metal to support the letters. Narrow strokes and joins may need adjusting; we will show the proposed outline and open areas in your proof.

What size should a custom letter pin be?

The right size depends on the length of the word and the type style. A short monogram can stay compact, while a longer name needs more room. Send your lettering and intended use so we can check readability.

Can I order fewer than 50 letter pins?

Yes, smaller orders are available. Below 50 pieces, an additional $90–$150 setup fee applies; orders of 50 pieces or more have no setup fee. Smaller batches cost more per pin because the setup is spread across fewer pieces. Share your quantity for a complete quote, including your selected options.

Can I order different initials together?

Yes. List each initial or combination with its quantity. Different letter shapes can require separate tooling, so pricing will be based on the individual designs and quantities.
