4. Approve production and delivery. Production and shipping together take 12–25 business days after proof approval, depending on the selected schedule. Share your event deadline and destination before approval.

What is the difference between the elephant and oval styles?

The elephant style combines a shaped silhouette with a rectangular custom-design panel. The oval style places the central emblem inside a ring with custom text above and below. The main difference is the design composition and where your personalization appears.

Can I add a design to the elephant style and text to the oval style?

Yes. Upload artwork for the elephant’s marked panel, or provide the exact upper and lower wording for the oval. We prepare the selected layout for proof approval.

Can I order both styles for the same event?

Send the quantity for each style and its artwork or wording. We will quote and review each version; choosing two styles does not automatically combine their price tiers.

Which packaging works for chapter gifts?

Polybags are included for straightforward distribution. A printed card adds an event message, while bags or boxes suit gifts presented individually.

Where can the pin be worn?

Consider a blazer lapel, jacket or other suitable garment, with a backing chosen for the fabric and pin. Follow your chapter’s own guidance for formal occasions; the two styles do not establish an official badge status.
